New for 2024 in the Parish! – Come and join us for a Palm Sunday procession from the Victoria Inn in West Marden.
We will assemble at 1:30pm at the Victoria Inn. You are invited to dress up (superheroes are popular choices for younger participants). A number of 1st Century costumes for adults can be provided and mud-proof shoes are definitely recommended. Dogs on leads welcome.
The procession will set off at 2pm, and is expected to arrive at St Mary’s Church, Compton at 2:30pm. Tea/Coffee will be provided on arrival.
A short service of hymns and readings from St Mark’s Passion will follow at the church.
