August 2026
The Compton Affordable Housing page has been updated with the latest plans, images from the July exhibition, and the project timeline. The planning application is expected to be submitted to the South Downs National Park Authority before November 2026.
July 2026
The Parish Council and Hastoe held a public exhibition, where the architects presented visual images of the proposed homes. The rural housing enabler from Chichester District Council was on hand to advise interested residents on how to apply for one of the houses.
