St Mary’s Churchyard Autumn Tidy-Up It’s on Saturday October 28th from 10.00am to 1pm. Please put the date in your diary. Do join us - the more the merrier - refreshments provided. Our jolly band of volunteers do a wonderful and much appreciated job in keeping our churchyard looking well cared for and loved. You are very welcome to join us. It’s great fun - you don't need to attend the church to join in. There will be lots of jobs to do, from straight forward weeding and pruning to strimming round headstones and edging the gravel path to cutting back and clearing overgrown bushes and hedges and carting branches to the bonfire. Some gardening equipment will be made available but please bring useful tools such as garden forks, strimmers, shears, spades and secateurs if you have them. NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!
